librcps-dev software package provides development files for resource constrained project scheduling library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install librcps-dev
librcps-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the librcps-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep librcps-dev *
You will get with librcps-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
